Terms of Service

1. Scope & agreement

These Terms govern access to the Label Templates application, APIs, and related services (“Service”). By creating an account or calling our APIs you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Accounts, security, and compliance

• You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of any breach.
• We host in the EU (primarily Prague/Frankfurt) and align with GDPR principles, but customers are responsible for statutory obligations in their jurisdictions.
• The Service provides tooling only. Customers remain responsible for label content, customs accuracy, and compliance with postal carriers.

3. Payment & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe in USD unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew monthly on the date of the initial charge. Cancel any time to stop future renewals; access continues through the paid period.

4. Service level & changes

We target 99.5% uptime for render APIs. Planned maintenance is posted in the dashboard. We may update features, pricing, or policies; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

5. Disclaimers & liability

• The Service is provided “as-is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for misuse that violates carriers, customs, or trademark rules.
• Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.

6. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Prague, unless another forum is mutually agreed.
