Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account data (name, email, billing info) when you register or subscribe.
• Audit data (API token metadata, request timestamps, status codes) for security.
• Diagnostics (anonymised device information) to keep the service reliable.

What we never store

We do not store placeholder payloads or generated ZPL. Values transit encrypted, are validated in memory, rendered, logged only as counts, and discarded immediately.

Processors & retention

• Stripe processes payments. We do not see full card numbers.
• Cloudflare and Hetzner provide secure edge + EU compute.
• Support email is handled through Fastmail with EU storage.

Account data is retained while you have an account plus 90 days. Logs rotate every 30 days. You may request deletion at any time.

International transfers

We primarily host in the EU and rely on SCCs for any necessary transfers outside the EEA. Customers are responsible for their own compliance obligations.
